Not possible, however you can separate the H2O and use the hydrogen and oxygen and then hydrogen fuel cells as you might have heard of. And the exhaust is pure water, just put the H2 and the O back together =D. what if they found a way to use water us the main power source for the car and brought that water back out of the car unpolluted, I know that’s probably the dream question for most engineers of this car. But hey they found a way to kill cancer cells without harming healthy cells I think they can think of this too.

Don’t you think all the sewage dumping we do in the ocean, doesn’t that mess up their ecosystem enough already, also government doesn’t really care about ecosystem, it’s us the environmentalists who care about it. So what difference does it make, especially with a water powered engine, I think that’d cause less damage, also they could make bubbles come out of it instead of the combustion.
